[Zope-ZEO] Restarting ZEO server

Ive just got into trouble with the following scenario:

On restarting the ZEO server it reported a corrupt transaction
near the end of Data.fs. I truncated Data.fs where indicated, and
restarted the ZEO server.

Then I started getting strange errors in my clients, which had not
been restarted. I am guessing that they had cached information from
the deleted transactions.

Should I need to restart the ZEO clients in this case?
