It's not hysterical.  It's likely that there will be
a ZODB 4 and there may be a similar migration issue.

As I mentioned in my response to Andrew, I'm open to suggestions.
Just keep in mind the goal that I want to maintain some indirection
between application code and the ZODB version installed.
