[ZODB-Dev] ZODB binary distributions request

Could someone on the list provide binary versions of the ZODB for Windows
and the Mac? We already have some demo source for the PythonCard project
that uses ZODB, but the original developer put it together under Linux. The
goal of PythonCard is to create an easy to use system for building GUI apps
for Python along the lines of HyperCard; the group was started last week. We
would like to use ZODB as one of the primary data stores supported by
PythonCard.

We don't really need ZEO right now, but having a binary distribution for ZEO
would be nice, especially if ZEO is needed to complete an install.
