[ZODB-Dev] Acquisition outside of Zope?

In other words, there should be a stand-alone ExtensionClass release
that includes Acquisition, but we haven't had time to do so. It's not
that hard, but it is a little time consuming to make a separate release.
I'd love to find a volunteer to make a separate ExtensionClass release. :)
