[ZODB-Dev] Where to find BTrees specification?

This doesn't really help define what the difference between an IISet and an
IITreeSet is and when you should use either.

Also, what's an IOSet, or an OISet?

Does an ISet or an OSet exist?

What, in stoopid-person terms in the difference between the weighted and
non-weighted union, intersection and ?difference methods?

Also, what are the most efficent/least efficient operations on these
objects?

I'd _love_ to know the answers to the above :-)
