[ZODB-Dev] summary of version discussion

Here's yet another attempt at motivating the removal of versions
(thanks to SteveA over dinner).

Current ZODB Versions don't do what you want.  They are somewhat close
to a desirable feature, but that feature would be implemented
differently if it were implemented from scratch today.  The design of
such a new feature should not be restricted by the existing
implementation of ZODB Versions.  So the fact that there *is* a need
for such a feature shouldn't stop us from ripping out ZODB Versions.
