[ZODB-Dev] list administrivia

Some bozo has subscribed another mailman list to zodb-dev.  People
posting to zodb-dev are getting Moderator approval messages from the
subscribed list.  There's no obvious connection between the list
generating the moderator messages and the addresses on the subscriber
list.  Barry just upgraded zodb-dev to Mailman 2.1 so that we
can identify the subscribed address and remove it.
