reiserfs, yes. Other good posix filesystems *should* be ok too, but it will 
take someone with a preference to test them out.

We have evidence that NTFS will be high performance with DirectoryStorage, but 
noone has implemented the support to make it robust. Patches or sponsors 
welcome.
