[ZODB-Dev] BDBStorage in production use?

I found the new ZODB3 3.1.3 contains the latest BDBStorage. But I am sure if it is stable enough for production use. I want to use it in a document management system.

Anyone uses BDBStorage in production? How about the performance compared with FileStorage? (It seems that FileStorage improves a lot in zope2.6.1)
