Summary: Random ClientDisconnected Errors

Initial Comment:
We quite often see this:

2002-03-13T10:48:54 PROBLEM(100) ClientStorage Disconnected from storage
------
2002-03-13T10:48:54 ERROR(200) ZODB Couldn't load state for '\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x03\xfd7'
Traceback (innermost last):
File C:\Zope\25DFB0~1.1B1\lib\python\ZODB\Connection.py, line 447, in setstate
File C:\zope\2-5-1b1_base\lib\python\ZEO\ClientStorage.py, line 365, in load
    (Object: ('x', xxxx))
File C:\zope\2-5-1b1_base\lib\python\ZEO\zrpc.py, line 239, in __call__
error: (10054, 'Connection reset by peer')

...on a Windows-based ZEO client connecting to a Linux-bases storage server.

What is going on?

How can we solve the problem or find otu mroe information so the problem can be solved?

cheers,

Chris

OK.

Assuming it's not a problem with ZEO 2.0, I'm closing this
with Won't Fix. The ZEO 1.0 line of software is no longer
maintained or supported, except for security hotfixes.

I still see the problem with Zope 2.6 and ZEO 1.0.

Is this still relevant with ZODB 3.1 and Zope 2.6?
