[ZODB-Dev] ZODB3 Transaction.abort()/commit()

It seems that there is a slight inconsistency in the default parameters
in Transaction: abort() takes subtransaction=0 while commit() takes
subtransaction=None. 

Is there a reason for this, or can I go ahead and change
subtransaction=None in abort too (seems harmless)?
