One thing I haven't worked out is how to configure the mapping in a 
reasonable way.  SQLObject uses the most obvious approach, embedding 
column names in class definitions, but Ape strives to let you map 
objects to databases without putting column names in application code. 
So I think we want a slightly different approach.  It would be nice if 
you or someone else spent some time looking at SQLObject and finding a 
nice way to configure column names without embedding.
