No.  This feature has been requested from time to time, but no one has
ever had the resources to implement it.  (There's a Wiki page somewhere
with notes on the subject.)

zope.org keeps all revisions for its wikis, but packs other things.  It
keeps the wikis in a separate storage and mounts it within the main
storage.  If your folders aren't too scattered, this may be practical
for you, too.
