... either that, or brand-new filestorages created by zope HEAD 
really are corrupted.
I stumbled onto this while trying to reproduce a packing-related
bug in the collector.

To reproduce:
- create a fresh Zope instance
- start zope
- stop zope
- run fsrecover.py on the brand new Data.fs

Result: about 900 lines like this:
0 . 1 . 2 . 3 . 4 . 5 . 6 . 7 . 8 error reading txn header: invalid transaction length, 0, at 1369028
