[ZODB-Dev] incorrect previous pointer?

Starting up a ZEO server today (Zope 2.6.4, ZODB 3.1.5) gave me a bunch of
the following errors. Can I get an explanation as to what exactly they mean
and whether they are bad. And what is the proper way to fix them?
