[ZODB-Dev] new CVS module for ZODB

If you are working with ZODB from CVS, please switch your checkout from
ZODB3 to ZODB.

The new ZODB module contains the directory reorganization that was
discussed on the list last month.  The top level checkout contains src
and dir directories, with the actual source packages in src/ZODB,
src/ZEO, etc.

There may be a few kinks in the new ZODB module, but all the tests
appears to be working for me.
