Thanks!  I subsequently fiddled SVN to give the trunk and 3.3 branch the
same file (so future changes can be merged instead of by-hand copied).

It appears to be PEP 314, which in turns seems to imply that, since the
Download-URL and Trove fields didn't exist in PEP 214, Metadata-Version
should be 1.1 now.
