[ZODB-Dev] New ZODB release

I've tried 4 times since Friday to announce the release of ZODB 3.2.2b1
here, using 3 different email accounts, but for some reason it just isn't
coming across.  By keeping this short and not giving any real info, I'm
hoping to sidestep some braindead spam filter in the chain.  Maybe I can get
away with giving a URL to the python-announce posting:
