appears on that page, and where it belongs, in alphabetical order between
the Zodb-checkins and Zope lists.  If you click the ZODB-Dev link then, it
takes you to:

    http://mail.zope.org/mailman/listinfo/zodb-dev

which says, among other things,

    To post a message to all the list members, send email to
    zodb-dev at zope.org.
