[ZODB-Dev] Minimal changes for Plone 3.1.6 running on ZODB 3.8.1 ?

Hi all,

In a warty old application, I'm hitting memory constraints that I  
think the 3.8.1 changes in ZODB might fix.

Is someone using Plone on 3.8.1 already? If so, what should I change  
in my highly customised buildout to give it a try?
