I cannot recommend NEO yet for production, because of the current lack of 
complete backup tools mainly, but also because some functionalities are not 
implemented (blobs), and performance is not optimal yet (we are starting to 
work on this).
Nevertheless, if you can spend some time giving it a try, I would be very 
happy to hear about the results.
