[ZODB-Dev] where does 32it vs 64bit matter?

Good to know, but my concern is taking a system which is currently 
running 32-bit clients against RelStorage running on a MySQL on a 64-bit 
server and replacing the 32-bit clients with 64-bit clients.

Is that going to cause any issues?
Has anyone done any similar migrations?
