Zope 2.4.4 beta 1 has been released - you can download it from Zope.org:

Zope 2.4.4b1 contains important Restricted Python compiler changes from 
Python 2.1.2. The binary releases of Zope 2.4.4b1 includes Python 2.1.2.

Source release users, please note that we now recommend Python 2.1.2 for 
use with Zope; there are several important bug-fixes with Python 2.1.2 
which increase system stability.
