[Zope-Annce] [ANN] WebDAVLogger 0.21 released

WebDAVLogger is a monkey-patch product for Zope to intercept any 
WebDAV related HTTP traffic for analyzing purposes between
a Zope instance and a WebDAV client.

This release is a maintenance release and fixes some problems
with Zope File objects.
