[Zope-Annce] Releasing RevisionManager 1.2

Ladies and Gentlemen,

please welcome with me the 1.2 final release of RevisionManager, now 
live on stage!

Changes since the release candidate two days ago are:

   * Many small bug fixes here and there.

   * Updated documentation

If you are already running RevisionManager, I recommend upgrading to 
1.2. Please follow the instructions in the INSTALL.txt file, section 4 
Upgrading.
