[Zope-Annce] zopen: command-line interface to the ZMI

zopen is a small command-line Python script that gives you to access the
Zope Management Interface (the web interface) without using a browser.

zopen works completely through screen-scraping (and with External
Editor), so it does not require any special software to be installed on
the Zope server.
