That depends on your browser settings. Also, if you send=20

<meta http-equiv=3D"content-type" content=3D"text/html; charset=3DUTF-8">

you can set a particular character set (encoding). We agreed to standardize=
 on=20
UTF-8. However, we really need to find a way later to make this variable.=20

I still don't understand why the browser is not sending its encoding mechan=
ism=20
in the HTTP header.
