+
+To upgrade docutils:
+
+ - untar docutils-XX.tar.gz inside the third_party directoy
+
+ - rename it to 'docutils'
+
+ - remove docutils/tools/editors/emacs/* (files are GPLed)
+
+ - update the files in the CVS
+
