Hmm, WizardPageWithProperties is a "fossil" from earlier
development; I don't think any current PTK code uses it.  I
believe Shane merged the "with properties" functionality into the
standard WizardPage; can you create and use wizards using only
wizard pages?

If so, we need to figure out why the export file still has
vestiges of the WPWP ZClass in it, and scrub them out.
