[Zope-PTK] Latest PTK tarball and HowTo

I haven't tried them yet but I'd just like to register
my thanks to Jim and Kamon for their recent efforts.
Re-trying to get my head round the PTK is a summer project
(I've got alot of those ....) and this provides an excellent
starting point.
