Stephan,
You can check whether there is an Install.py and what its usage pattern is.
To make the syntax outlined in your mail work, there must exist a file
.../Products/CMFEmployment/Extensions/Install.py

If it exists, open it with an editor to see how function you have to call is
called.
If
.../Products/CMFEmployment/Install.py
exists, you have to copy it to the Zope's Extensions  directory.
