Also in France, and I believe most of Europe.

Anyway in my apps I never use DateTime(string) directly, I always use a
dedicated method that does custom parsing for european dates and can be
tweaked to understand weird delimiters, variously abbreviated names for
months, etc. All very client- and culture-specific.
