Nope, but it would be a Good Thing (tm) to add Topics to those
"real" folders, which exist to provide "canonical" locations for
documentation.

I'm afraid that the dogbowl's actual structure hasn't gotten a
lot of attention, recently;  Perhaps someone would like to
propose a "new and improved" structure?
