[Zope-CMF] Disable 'Join' by removing "Add Portal Member" from 'Anonymous'

Hi,

I thought I read on this group (today ... lost it :-( ) that it is
possible to disable CMF 'Join' by removing the privilege "Add Portal
Member" from the 'Anonymous' user...

My Anonymous users can Join, however I haven't changed any privileges
and my Anonymous user doesn't have such privilege anyway...
