[Zope-CMF] Property Sheets in non File System skins directories

I'm a bit curious as to how I could create a property sheet in under a non
Filesystem Directory View folder. I "customized" the stylesheet_properties
object into a folder named Basic. But instead of getting a property sheet
in Basic, I found a folder named stylesheet_properties which contained all
of my customized values in it's properties tab. Is this by design? I
noticed that the CMFDefault/skins/generic directory contains a file named
stylesheet_properties.props, can I just upload a .props file into my skins
folder? I very much prefer a property sheet object over a folder's
properties tab.
