FWIW, there's a nicely featured, self-contained javascript HTML editor
use in Yahoo! Mail. Just compose a mail in HTML mode to see it.

I don't think it would be right to just appropriate it, but it sure
would be nice to wrap something like it in a DTML tag set, so we could
populate the editor and configure the save actions with appropriate
zopeisms.
