[Zope-CMF] Where is the localHeader method

Hello,
Can someone point me to the localHeader method. What I am really looking for
is to be able to change the index_html that is generated when a new member
joins.

I have looked into the MembershipTool.py and the default_member_content
line, but I am unable to alter it -- How can I change the member page, so
that it displays his/her full name, email, company name etc ..
