[Zope-CMF] Is there anyone out there using CMFTopics on a non english NT box?

I can set up a fresh sandbox using Zope 2.3.2 and CMF-head and
get Topics running without problem on my Linux box.  I am at a
loss to figure out what could be different about your site.
