The WinCVX client can be told not to scribble on what it thinks are
newlines, which sounds like the problem you are having.  In the
meanwhile, you should be able to download the file from the ViewCVS
running against cvs.zope.org:

  http://cvs.zope.org/CMF/CMFCollector/collector_issue_workflow.zexp

BTW, I just set the '-kb' flag on that file, so perhaps WinCVS will do
the Right Thing (TM) now if you 'cvs up'.
