| It is a *new* object, which (potentially) requires review under its new
| name / location.  Imagine copying an article from the "Your Health"
| section into the "You and the Law" section;  the reviewer in the new
| section needs to approve the content *for that section* before it can be

Ok. Im sure this is right. But then i should make a external method to migrate 
old sites or there is any recommended procedure? The ZMI has the same 
behavior probably.
