[Zope-CMF] NameError on global name 'context'

Could someone remind me of the status of the "NameError on global name
'context'" bug? (http://collector.zope.org/CMF/37)

Was Shane's fix of moving _parsed=1 a few lines down the correct idea?

I have a site with this error, I think I'll move it to CMF-1_3-branch if
that's the case.
