[Zope-CMF] TextIndexNG and CMF/Plone - Fulltext Index of Files // Converters

It should be sufficent to remove all TextIndex instance of the
portal_catalog
and replace them by a corresponding TextIndexNG instance (don't forget
to reindex).
Be sure to run the latest version 1.05beta1.

Hi,

I would like to use TextIndexNG to index the content of uploaded
MSOffice documents in CMF/Plone Files. How can this be accomplished?

I assume adding the text content to the SearchableText Method in a copy
of CMFDefault/File.py would do it. Is this correct? How can it be done?


My other question:

With activated converters i needed to add numerous content-types to the
Null-Converter as TextIndexNG keeps complaining that there is no
converter for image/..., text/x-unknown-content-type and the such.=20

Is there a way to let TextIndexNG use the Null-Converter unless the
content-type is recognized by another converter?
