[Zope-CMF] Path indexes

CMF subobjects should be automatically reindexed when a parent is
renamed (that's part of the framework that CMF provides). However early
CMF versions had a number of problems with respect to indexing. You
should really switch to CMF 1.3 (read the Upgrading section of
INSTALL.txt though, and if you have substantial custom development don't
hesitate to browse CHANGES.txt and HISTORY.txt).
