[Zope-CMF] ZOPE+APACHE+PCGI

The goal is to connect zope and apache, how do I do that using reverse
proxy, take note that the environment is on debian.

What is the reason to consider using PCGI? The common practice is to run

Zope
+ Apache as reverse proxy. Using PCGI is not recommended and obsolete.
