I'm talking about code merged from NuxDocument, or substantive changes, 
of course.

Of course not. As registered zope.org CVS commiters, Florent, Lennart 
and I have all signed the agreement to release our enhancements under 
the ZPL, and that policy is of course accepted by Nuxeo.

But it was not clear, before I stumbled onto this thread, that AT would 
be merged into the CMF. If AT gets into the CMF (but I strongly feel, 
from my first contact with the code, that some refactoring would be 
necessary before that happens), we already agree to licence under the 
ZPE whatever code we might have contributed (or forked) at this time.
