[Zope-CMF] how to create an indexed attribute programmatically?

Actually, Chris, that isn't true always. I have a FieldIndex called
Title_sort that indexes the Title field. I have another TextIndexNG2
index called Title.

If only I can figure out how to create it programmatically... I can do
it through the web.
