Ok. I have to be more specific:

1.) While licenses like ZPL, BSD or the Apache license are straight 
forward and easy to handle, you better consult a lawyer if you want to 
run your business on customized GPL:d software. Each country has its own 
laws and practice of the courts. What might be true in the US might be 
wrong in other countries. The GPL itself is not as clear as the 
interpretations published on gnu.org.

2.) As long as Plone, MySQL, Trolltech and others find a market for 
selling commercial licenses, I don't think their license is really free.

3.) Dual Licensing (GPL + commercial license) creates a hierarchy 
between contributers and copyright holders. While the copyright holders 
can sell commercial licenses, the contributers can't.
