Ok.

As a first step, I'll remove the DTML skins directly from HEAD. Products 
depending on them have lost anyway, and it makes less noise on CVS.

For the rest, I'll create a branch. CMFWiki is gone meanwhile, but I'll 
fix the other products and try to summarize the necessary steps.
