Fine. But please use the global CHANGES.txt file. DCWorkflow/CHANGES.txt 
is discontinued since more than 2 years.

Maybe there should be a note in DCWorkflow/CHANGES.txt marking it as 
discontinued, or the file should be renamed / removed.
