I've been going back and forth with Steve about that yesterday.  
Apparently it's *not* available right now, and they don't want a  
naive implementation that sends out the whole history, like the  
current collector does, because many of their instances have bug  
histories a lot longer than those we are used to. Right now the  
discussion is stalled at my suggestion to make the full-context email  
a configurable item.

My impression had been that this issue came up with the other  
collectors as well, but then I never saw any followup with results. I  
wonder what happened there, I thought it had been resolved somehow.
